Users are solely responsible for their participation in savings groups.
Group Admin Responsibilities
Group Admins are responsible for:
- Managing group activities
- Verifying payments
- Tracking contributions
- Distributing payouts
- Resolving disputes within their groups
KobSolla is not responsible for Group Admin actions.
No Financial Guarantee
KobSolla does not guarantee:
- Member participation
- Payment completion
- Payout delivery
- Financial outcomes
All group transactions occur at users’ own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KobSolla shall not be liable for:
- Lost funds
- Missed payments
- Fraud by users
- Group disputes
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Misuse the platform
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials related to KobSolla remain the property of KobSolla or its licensors.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law
